TEAM POLICY

 

In an effort to make participation in 100 Women Who Care Pictou County more accessible, teams of up to 4 members will be permitted.

 

Process

• Upon registration, the team must designate a spokesperson.

• Communication will be with the spokesperson who will be responsible for relaying messages to team members.

• Each team will be treated like an individual member.

• Each team will be able to nominate one non‐profit organization on their Registration Form.

• All team members are encouraged to attend meetings .

• Each team in good standing will have one vote at each meeting.

• The team will decide which member claims the charitable tax receipt 
  for each donation.

 

Ballots will be distributed at the Registration Desk prior to each meeting. The first member of the team to arrive and check in at the Registration Desk will be given the ballot for that team.
